Dr. Polly Moore specializes in non-invasive cardiology and heart failure. She is co-director of the St. Francis Heart Failure Care Clinic. A native of Muncie, Dr. Moore joined Indiana Heart Physicians in 2008.
During the course of her training, Dr. Moore served as the Chairwoman of the Indiana Associates Council of the American College of Physicians. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is active with and supports the American Heart Association.
Additionally, Dr. Moore has been awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance Heart Recognition Program. Clinicians who achieve the Heart Recognition Program show their peers, patients and others in the heart/vascular community that they are part of an elite group that is publicly recognized for its skill in providing the highest-level heart and vascular care.
