Customized Athletic Training to Improve Performance
Franciscan Health offers a comprehensive athletic development and sports performance training environment. Every participant receives close supervision as our coaches direct them through athletic training sessions. and special attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.
The following services may vary at each Franciscan Health location.
Athletic training together as a team not only provides an opportunity for team bonding but also allows our staff to tailor the workouts for your sport and team. This option has become very popular as many of the teams we have trained have had very successful seasons. In addition, our medical staff is available to address injury evaluation needs for your team.
This program is designed for athletes who are currently in-season. The program focuses on movement (speed/agility/explosive power) and maintaining strength (moderate lifting) but does not include conditioning.
Adult and Small Group Training
Our adult and small group training offers an excellent option for individuals who wish to challenge themselves for sustained improvement in health and performance. Our nationally certified trainers and coaches direct each session with the goal of providing a challenging and results-producing workout that is enjoyable and energizing for our clients.

Our return-to-play programs set us apart from other athletic training centers. We provide athletes, who may still be in physical therapy or recovering from an injury, a healthy transition back to the field of play. Our experienced sports medicine staff works closely with our sports performance coaches to integrate the rehabilitating athlete into the normal training process and back onto the field of play in a timely and safe fashion with an emphasis on maintaining fitness to reduce potential for repeat injury. Our individual, hands-on approach will guide you back to the field of play with appropriate strength, speed, power and fitness conditioning training methods.
Elite High School, College and Pro
This program represents our highest level of athletic training and is offered to high school, college professional and Olympic athletes in any sport. This intense and demanding training program not only involves the most effective techniques to help athletes reach the next level, it also incorporates the most up-to-date recovery methods used to keep athletes healthy, avoid overtraining and performing their best.
