Franciscan Health works with physicians who are designated Civil Surgeons by the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). As such, we are authorized to conduct official Immigration Services.
Immigrants seeking changes in their legal status, looking to obtain entry and/or residency (green card) to the United States must receive a thorough Immigration Medical Examination by a certified Civil Surgeon. Franciscan Health has all appropriate designations to conduct immigration services and we have extensive experience evaluating immunization requirements and handling federally required forms.
