Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Two Day Provider Course

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that allows participants to enhanc their skills in treating adult victims of cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. The course reinforces the important concepts of basic life support, ACLS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics. The goal of the ACLS course is to improve the quality of care provided, resulting in improved outcomes.

Schedule

The two-day provider course is offered once a month on two consecutive days, meeting 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. This course is ideal for physicians, nurses, paramedics and other allied health professionals who either direct or participate in the resuscitation of an adult patient whether in or out of the hospital.

Fees and registration

Advanced registration is required. Fees for non-hospital employees are $200 for the provider class. Call (317) 528-8473 to register or for more information.
