Women Living Well Workshops: Pelvic Health – Changes Throughout a Woman’s Life

Join us for an important conversation about the changes in pelvic health that our bodies experience as we age. 

Pelvic health specialists will address:
• Pelvic health after childbirth
• Pelvic health after menopause or after a hysterectomy
• Pelvic health and sexual dysfunction

Speakers include:

HEIDI PIERCE, PT, CLT
Physical Therapist
Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Services Heidi has dedicated her career to working with women experiencing a variety of pelvic health concerns. She has extensive advanced training in treating urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, abdominal and pelvic pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, pre-and-post-partum rehabilitation concerns and lymphedema. She has additional education in visceral manipulation, a technique to assist with reducing abdominal/pelvic pain.

SARAH RANDOLPH-KAMINSKI, PT, DHSC
Physical Therapist Pelvic Health & Rehabilitation Franciscan Rehabilitation Services

Dr. Randolph-Kaminski focuses her specialty practice in the area of treating pelvic floor dysfunction. She has extensive advanced training in treating urinary and fecal incontinence, chronic constipation, abdominal and pelvic pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation.

Dawn Gunderson, CNP
Nurse Practitioner, Heartland Internal Medicine

Dawn has received her Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing, Master’s Degree in Perinatal Nursing and Post-master’s Nurse Practitioner Degree.  She has Certifications as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from the National Certification Corporation and Menopause Clinician Certification from the North American Menopause Society.  Dawn will address changes in pelvic health as it affects sexual dysfunction and menopause.
