Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Joins Indianapolis Orthopedics Team
INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – Patrick J. Laboe, MD, orthopedic trauma surgeon, has joined Franciscan Physician Network Orthopedic Specialists. He is welcoming new patients and will be part of the on-call team that provides orthopedic coverage at the Indianapolis and Mooresville emergency departments.
Dr. Laboe joins a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers in orthopedic specialties and sports medicine who treat acute and chronic disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Dr. Laboe most recently was affiliated with Carle Physician Group and Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
He specializes in treating complex injuries to bones, joints and the soft tissue of upper and lower extremity and pelvis, open fractures of the upper and lower extremity and pelvis, and fragility fractures.
Board-certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Laboe received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and earned his medical degree at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
Dr. Laboe completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies at Michigan State University. He is fellowship trained in orthopedic trauma.
