LAFAYETTE, Indiana - Board-certified nurse practitioner, Alexa Lindquist, has joined the team at Franciscan Physician Network Primary Care & Geriatric Medicine Lafayette East. 

Lindquist received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Ind., and her Master of Science in nursing from Purdue University Global.

Most recently, Linquist has been serving as a registered nurse in the Lafayette area.

Franciscan Physician Network Primary Care & Geriatric Medicine Lafayette East treats patients of all ages for medical illnesses, provides preventative care, such as annual checkups and health risk assessments and provides guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
