CRAWFORDSVILLE, Indiana – Northridge Internal Medicine and Northside Family Medicine, both Franciscan Physician Network practices, are bringing their services under one roof, effective October 14.

Members of Northridge Internal Medicine are Drs. Mary Glass and Reddy Marri and advanced practice providers Amy Ellingwood and Penny Hunsberger.

Northside Family Medicine members include Drs. Kyle Graper, Joshua Krumenacker and Alicia Yilmaz and advanced practice providers Corrina Cain and Rae Anne Miller.

Northridge Internal Medicine will relocate and merge with Northside Family Medicine, located at 1630 Lafayette Road, Suite 200, Crawfordsville. The practices will operate under the aegis of Franciscan Physician Network Northside Family Medicine Crawfordsville. Patients should also be receiving notification of the changes.
