Franciscan Health Lafayette East Named Among Top 100 Hospitals In The Nation For Joint Replacement By CareChex®

LAFAYETTE – Franciscan Health Lafayette East has been recognized as being among the Top 100 Hospitals in the Nation for Medical Excellence in 2025 for joint replacement by CareChex® Awards, an information service of Bluebook Quantros.
The 2025 quality award from CareChex are based on their comprehensive quality scoring system, that compares inpatient quality performance across general, acute and non-federal U.S. hospitals.
The rating from CareChex places Franciscan Health Lafayette East in the upper tier of hospitals nationally for medical excellence and reflect the organization’s commitment to continually delivering the best care possible. The CareChex rating system is designed to assist hospitals and healthcare systems in improving the quality of inpatient care and promoting clinical excellence to patients, payers and employers.

Franciscan Health and OrthoIndy are in the process of building a 44,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art orthopedic clinic and surgery center to serve the Greater Lafayette area. The new facility will feature an orthopedic clinic and surgery center as well as provide orthopedic urgent care, physical therapy and imaging services.
