CROWN POINT, Indiana - The Thanksgiving holiday spirit is alive and well at Franciscan Health Crown Point and its Franciscan Health St. Clare Health Clinic Crown Point, as some 78 hospital and Franciscan Physician Network departments contributed to an annual Thanksgiving food drive for clinic families that has been taking place approximately 20 years.

The 35 families also received a gift card to Strack and Van Til.

Shown preparing the donations for pick-up by the families are Diane Jensen, left, clinic patient services representative, and Jennifer Willis, clinic practice manager. "It's so wonderful; people are so generous," Jansen said of this year's support for the program.

Since 1996, Franciscan Health St. Clare Health Clinic Crown Point, 1121 South Indiana Avenue, has offered primary healthcare and other services to qualified, underprivileged area residents. For more information, call (219) 663-2160.
