CRAWFORDSVILLE, Indiana - Franciscan Health Crawfordsville opened its Franciscan WorkingWell occupational health clinic on Monday, April 2.

The clinic is located in the Sugar Creek Medical Building at 1704 Lafayette Road, Suite 1 in Crawfordsville. Hours will initially be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will expand at a later date.

Franciscan WorkingWell provides occupational health services for businesses and industries of all sizes. Services provided by Franciscan WorkingWell in Crawfordsville include:

The medical director of this clinic will be Eric J. Levine, MD, MSPH, PhD. Dr. Levine is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. In addition, he earned a doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of South Carolina and has a master's degree in public health from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Levine has a certificate in travel health from the International Society of Travel Medicine. He is board-certified in occupational medicine.

The clinic nurse practitioner will be Sandy Hutchison, RN, MSN, ANP-BC, received her master's degree in nursing administration and post master's degree in adult health from Indiana University School of Nursing. Sandy has nursing experience in medical/surgical, home health, as well as emergency room and occupational health. Most recently she worked for Franciscan Physician Network Northside Family Medicine.

Crawfordsville becomes the 12th office for Franciscan WorkingWell in Indiana and Illinois.
