CRAWFORDSVILLE, Indiana - Cardiology services provided in Crawfordsville by Franciscan Physician Network Indiana Heart Physicians will transition on July 31 to Franciscan Physician Network Cardiology Crawfordsville.

Cardiology care for current patients will remain at the same location at 1710 Lafayette Road in Crawfordsville as Franciscan Physician Network's Indianapolis-based cardiology team transitions to the Franciscan Physician Network Lafayette-based cardiology team.

That team includes Bassel Artin, MD; Islam Bolad, MD; and Ghaith Nahlawi, MD, all specializing in non-invasive cardiology, Ankur Kalra, MD, specializing in interventional cardiology and nurse practitioner Hannah Shideler, NP, specializing in general cardiology.

Conditions treated include arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, cardio-oncology, cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular genetic counseling, coronary artery disease, heart failure, heart valve disease, high cholesterol, peripheral arterial disease and structural heart disease.
