BROOK, Indiana - Today, Franciscan Health held a blessing and dedication at the new Franciscan Brook Health Center in Brook, Indiana. 

"We are proud to reopen the doors for the center and continue providing needed services to the Brook and Newton County communities," said Carlos Vasquez, COO and vice president of Franciscan Health Rensselaer. 

Franciscan Brook Health Center provides primary care services to the community, including geriatric, pediatric and preventive medicine. They also provide sports and CDL physicals as well as lab draws and immunizations. They are open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closing for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. (CST).
