LAFAYETTE, Indiana - Board-certified nurse practitioner, Stephanie Curwick, has joined the team at Franciscan Physician Network Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Lafayette.

Curwick received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Purdue University Global and her Master of Science in nursing/family nurse practitioner from Purdue University in West Lafayette.

Most recently, Curwick completed a family nurse practitioner residency program at a healthcare facility in Lafayette.
