BROOK, Indiana - Board-Certified family nurse practitioner Kathy Tebo is now accepting patients at Franciscan Brook Health Center.

Tebo received her Associate of Science from Ivy Tech Community College in Lafayette, Indiana. She went on to get a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Tebo is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Franciscan Brook Health Center provides primary care services to the community, including geriatric, pediatric and preventive medicine. They also provide sports and commercial driver's license physicals as well as lab draws and immunizations.
