RENSSELAER, Indiana - Franciscan ExpressCare, WorkingWell and HEALTHeACCESS are hosting a public open house on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Central at their new location in Rensselaer. 

The new clinic is an upgrade in size and continues to offer the same services that have been offered in Rensselaer for many years. Additional exam rooms are part of the new location, along with a spacious waiting room.

"We are very fortunate and grateful to be able to move into this new space," said Sharon Pokorney, operations director occupational health for Franciscan Health. "A lot of hard work from our team in Rensselaer went into moving and we are thrilled to welcome our neighbors to this new facility. The services and care we are able to provide is a great benefit to the entire community."

The hours of operation for the new facility are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday, accommodating scheduled appointments for WorkingWell and HEALTHeACCESS patients, along with walk-ins for both and walk ins for ExpressCare.

The new location for Franciscan ExpressCare, WorkingWell and HEALTHeACCESS is 1103 East Grace Street in Rensselaer.
