Dr. Seger received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed his family medicine residency training at Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Franciscan Physician Network Family Medicine Downtown Indy offers convenient primary care with free parking in the CityWay district. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
