Stroke & Brain Injury Support Group

This group is open to stroke and brain injury survivors and their caregivers.

Support Group Details

This group will focus on providing support, education and encouragement to participants as they navigate through the various challenges of recovery. Facilitators of this group will include a variety of healthcare professionals including speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, social workers and nurses.

Upcoming Group Topics

October: Pumpkin painting tradition, and we will hear from an athletic trainer as our guest speaker, discussing fall prevention.

November: Guest speaker Kirsten Wendall, physical therapy assistant, will discuss exercise recommendations.

December: Christmas Party!
