This virtual class may be the perfect amount of information for some busy couples. This class is ideal for experienced parents desiring a quick refresher. We will touch briefly on only the very basics of labor, birth, medical interventions, pain relief options and postpartum recovery.

Information will be covered at a quicker pace than in other lengthier classes and couples will need to do reading on their own.

Note: Labor management and comfort techniques are not covered in this class, so we recommend our Labor Support Basics class for any couple, as these topics will not be covered in the Healthy Birth Express class.

Cost & Registration

Cost is $40/couple*. Preregistration is required for all programs. Classes fill very quickly. Registering during your fourth month of pregnancy will assure you the widest selection of class dates and times.
