Update on Franciscan Health Job Shadow/Observation Program
Thank you for your interest in the Franciscan Health Job Shadow/Observation Program. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and desire to learn more about opportunities within our organization. At this time, Franciscan Health has made the decision to pause the Job Shadow/Observation Program until mid-fall 2026. We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For students who have already submitted an application - whether complete or still pending required documentation - please know that your information will remain on our list. All submitted applications will be reviewed and addressed when the program resumes in mid-fall 2026.
For those who are interested but have not yet begun the application process, you are welcome to check back in the fall for the application and observation packet to apply. We encourage you to check back with us closer to mid-fall 2026 for updates.
Thank you again for your interest in Franciscan Health, and we wish you the very best in your continued educational and career pursuits.
Sincerely,
Educational Outreach Coordinator
