Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider Course

Overview

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics. Participants will have the opportunity to perform skills in a highly realistic simulated environment.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider Course takes place two days back-to-back, running 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. both days.

Fee for non-hospital employees is $300.


Requirements

This program is open to all physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, paramedics and any other health care professional involved in resuscitation efforts.
